- -Offer flexible scheduling that works with your busy calendar
- -Only cost on average between $65-$80/hr. (30min and 45min sessions also available).
We are a husband-wife team in our late 70’s. We needed a custom designed training program to increase our flexibility, balance and strength. To meet these objectives, Rebecca designed a well planned exercise program. She demonstrated to us correct form and provided constructive criticism and lots of positive feedback. We find her to be personable, enthusiastic and thorough. As a result of our training program, we are much more flexible, stronger and our balance has improved greatly.
